Yay for happy poems! Boo for snowdrifts... I like this one, it sort of has a bounce to it when you read it.

Yes, well, poem tone follows the author's attitude, I suppose. And don't you Boo Snowdrifts, just because you're a wuss! Hard to sprint through snow, isn't it?

...Zephyr hit me with a sled... But your more of a coward then me, at least I rolled around in the snow the majority of the time. Hehe, although it was pretty funny. The mountain dew machine said that soda's were two dollars. You spent 2 bucks on Mountain Dew? I mean, it is the nectar of all that is good in this world, but that just seems a bit pricey. I guess a junkie can't live without it though...

Woah woah woah! I do not believe that I purchased a Mountain Dew at the mountain of cold-itude. Now, if the machine sold punch, then it would have been a different story. I want to blush to...*concentrates* There! *blushes* Mwuhaha!

Precious
Life's not fair, But I don't care. Why should I worry? I'm in no hurry For my heart to rend; For my fun to end.
So I smile each day, And walk my way. I laugh with you, And I know you're true. You're precious to me, Like all friends should be.
I tell you no lies, And I see only truth in your eyes. I find strength in your smile, As we dance all the while. I enjoy your lovely humor, Your sense, despite the rumor.
I enjoy our time, So I wrote this rhyme, Just for you, Because friends ARE precious.

Worth
How can you measure your worth? Why do you justify your birth? People compare themselves to others, Young ones feel jealousy to their brothers. Envy clouds their perception, Their anger leads to deception. What is anyone worth?
What's it worth to you, To do what you want to do? What's a smile worth in gold? At what price is happiness sold? Where can I buy you faith? How can I bribe your wraith? How much are you worth to him, As he makes your eyes grow dim? How much are you worth?
I'll pay all the money in the world; I'll give all the satin unfurled; I'll give all the land in the nation; Every Treasure, 'till your salvation. You're worth more than words can say, More than any price could pay. You're my friend, Until the End, And you'll always be, Worth everything to me. Everything. Always.

Man Sorrows you're good.
"Envy clouds their perception" "Their anger leads to deception."
Curses, that sounds kind of like a poem I am writing... O'well, I'm still gonna write it!
Anyway, *Claps* Go Sorrows!

I seem to inspire poetry quite often! Hormones+Mood swings+Jealousy are not a good combination. But, I like it. Keep writing or I'll smack you with the official discipline stick...

Want
I want a job, I want my license, I want a car, I want truth in what I sense.
I want to smell the trees, I want to feel the rain, I want to watch the leaves turn, I want reason for my pain.
I want to know what my tears taste like, As they cascade down my face. I want to know what Love looks like, Reflected in your eyes and your embrace.
I want a life where fair is just, Without worries of fading to the Dust,, Where efforts are more than meaningless. I want to live without desires; Not Dreamless. I want Life Wantless. And that's why I can't have it.
