By an hour into the day, everyone was together and ready to go. The sunrise was gone, the light now breaking on the world without a bloodish tint. There were supplies of course. Everyone had to carry their own weapons and some of their own snacks, but everything else was put onto a steed that belonged to Naburine named Firebird. He was a fine black stallion, and ready to be out on adventure. He was not too pleased, however, to suddenly become a pack horse. Saying goodbye to those staying, the party began their trek to the southwest, toward the rest of the continent of Urack. It took an hour and a half before they finally cleared the boundaries of the village and the land of the outlaws, where the asylum was situated.

Perin glanced at the tall walled structure. "I suppose that is an 'evil' place then. Really, these places are so steriotypical it'snearly driving me mad."
Deekin was taking notes furiously in his sloppy handwriting. "It makes writing book very easy. Deekin like that."
Thistle was sitting on Dark's shoulder blabbing excitedly. "Dark! Are we going to go to that barbarian village where they have that man who turned into stone? We were becoming quite good friends. Do you think he will be angry that I haven't visited?"

"Turned to stone?" Magus asked, actually slightly interested in something thistle had to say for once. Perin's criticism of everything, and her personality agitated him. He had nothing against the kobold, but he was just annoying..
Aramil however rather liked the kobold because it was fun to quietly mimic his pattern of speech. He'd done well enough following them without detection so far, though at once point he was sure that his tail could be seen hanging out of a tree... After that he'd been much more careful. He wondered where the twins were... Oh! But Thistle mentioned something cool.. he had to sneak closer.. to hear more of the story. He ran from bush to bush quietly, trying to get closer...

"Yes! And he was standing in the middle of a fountain too." Thistle exclaimed waving her arms about like water for affect.
((heh which twins?))

((my babies... they're out there. Trust me.))
Dark shook her head at Thistle's comments. "For the last time, they are not barbarians and that 'man' is not stone at all. It is a statue within the fountain of a human sorcerer. A representation. A work of art."
Shivelle found herself chuckling slightly with Naburine at the happenings. Neither of them had any idea that the Thistle and Dark had been on adventures with each other before.

Magus held a hand to his eyes, not being able to believe he almost took Thistle at her word.. He sighed, looking to Shivelle, his purple eyes shooting her a smile where his mouth did not. "Some people prefer to follow stereotypes...I myself find ways to improve upon them." the cerulian haired spellweaver professed to PErin.

Perin smirked. "I suppose you could, but Chaos is much funner. Plus it is easier to get rich quick in chaos. It is more thrilling to be in chaos. You dont know that kind of person someone is just by looking at them. I'd say you have a few chaotic people here, that surprized me. You being accepted in such a place as this surprized me the most though."

"Control and discipline are lost to those who look only to the unbridled beauty of Chaos," Magus replied, not snapping or angry sounding, but more as if he were entering a philosophical debate.
Aramil determined that this story, was in fact, not interesting, and slunked behind a tree.
"How much further will we travel? Will we reach an Inn by nightfall, or will we break for camp later?" Asked Magus quickly, peering to dark with a look that said "I'm not really interested in the answer, but it beats talking to them."

Dark looked over her shoulder at the mage. "We'll arrive at about sundown if we can keep up the pace. There is a very small village in the corner of the northernmost human land. They're rather nice people, actually, but that does not mean their Inn is the best. However, it is better than nothing."
Naburine, who was further back than the others, mainly to keep somewhat of a guard, smirked when she heard the news. She wondered if Dark's twins and the little elf boy, Aramil, could get there. Yeah, she knew they were following. She would not be much of a ninja if she did not know they were. However, she was keeping quiet about it. She was interested in how long they could stay there without being noticed. Aramil was being careless... but the twins surprised her with their stealth.

(( yeah well... Aramil's giving up his rogue levels for mage levels.. So he's not as stealthy anymore.)) Aramil was pleased to hear they were going to an inn... He wouldn't have to sleep around in the forest or on the road or something nearby them... But what if he had to do that later? Oh no! What if he slept in and couldn't follow them?! He bit his lip as he watched from a distance away, mostly obscured by undergrowth.

The twins were able to gather what information they needed from the conversation by switching off their close proximity to the group. For the most part, they were flying on their silent wings from tree to tree... there was extensive growth in this part of the world. They were not sure what they would do if, all of a sudden, the vegitation disappeared, however.

Perin glanced back in irritation as she felt several presences following them closely. There were two at least. She wished that they would either attack them or join the party if they weren't hostile.
"Ahh good! Deekin like inns. Though, inns people not like Deekin very much he notices." The scaly being looked up from his scribblings. "Uh, Boss, is backpack one word or two?"
"Figure it out on your own."

"It's one," said Dark, almost absently. She was so absorbed in the absence of the Palenea's feeling ((yeah, it's now one word)) that she did not fully recognize the awareness of her offspring being close at hand. They always had been near, so the absence would have been tremendous... but she could not fathom what it would be like if that feeling took hold. So she remained oblivious to her twins following them.

Magus paused, standing still, and peering slightly downward at the ground. "I hear something..." he muttered, not moving his gaze from the spot of dirt it rested on. A chill wind seemed to blow from nowhere...

The group stopped when Dark did, who turned to look at Magus. Shivelle stepped closer to him and looked at him. "What? What is it?"
