White man's martial art eh? Despite the fact that it's korean in origin, and half my class right now is not caucasian..? Got an uncle who's a blackbelt and a hot coal walker what lives down south in california... I know that it's Korean, but when ever any white person I know says they do martial arts, it's always Tae Kwon Do.

Heh.. well I joined TKD over other arts because kicking stuff is fun.. and that's the basis of the combat. Kicking is about 60-70%, punching and hand attacks are about 30-40%.

They all have many flaws. It's the person who has to amplify the better parts of the style that makes it great.
I'm white, and I took the Dong Tsuo Fan Ying style.

My favorite was Go Jin Ryu...incorporates confusion and ridiculous stuff. Its like Kung Fu's stances, Shaolin's strength, and Drunken Monkey tactics. It's hard...but its VERY effective.
