Ivan was annoyed by this attempt to keep him out of the battle. Ivan then jumped off the edge falling to wards the ground, and then just before he hit the ground he reached his hand out to the ground and suddenly stopped floating three feet above the ground.
Ivan put his feet on the ground and thought to himself "that was close."
Ivan then ran to wards Angelus, pulled out a dagger (which was strapped to his leg.) and threw it straight at the man, so that his presence would not be ignored.
The dagger stabbed into Angelus's cafe of his left leg...He was bound to notice Ivan now.

(~ Sorry, being the new one here, but I don't think you're supposed to land hits for other people. Oh, and most especially not to Deliverance, he will bring it back on you and the rest of us thousand-fold. ^_~ ~)

(It would be wise to listen to Sorrows, seeing how he knows me best.)
Within meer seconds, the blade that had seemingly penetrated Angelus' calf, had now incinerated. The blade turned into dust and fell upon the hillside. Now one might wonder how, and that's an interesting fact to tell the truth. First off, by unsheathing his blade with inhuman power, and using that momentum to swing at the dagger aimed for his calf, he smashed right into the blade. Now the incineration came by him swinging his blade with such great force, that the blade heated up to the point where on touch, it incinerated the dagger into dust.
Slowly Angelus turned towards Ivan. His grin had faded as even through his cloth blindfold, Ivan could feel the cold and powerful glance he was recieving. He would be dealt with in due time. For now, he had a more pressing matter at hand; someone was trying to push on Angelus' mind. Trying to break Angelus? The human being who had been dubbed The Slayer of Gods? This would be interesting.
Angelus took it upon his mind to bare the strength he was recieving, and sent a push of his own straight at Dark. Though what he pushed with was not his mind, but rather his swordsman spirit. He lacked the ability to respond on a telepathic level, but something that all swordsman had at his skill level, was the ability to call upon his swordsman spirit. Tapping into that energy, he would attempt to break the mind of Dark. In her mind would flash horrid and peutred images; images of mass chaos within small villages, women and children screaming for their lives as they were being hacked away at, men wimpering like dogs as they were sent to Death, and even such grotesque images of people being open up and ripped apart from the inside out. Whatever method of killing someone in a horrid manner there was, she would see them all. All of this happened within seconds, but to her, it would seem like days on end. Finally, one last picture flashed through out her mind. It was at first, Angelus with his head tilted downwards, and his blindfold off of his eyes. His eyes were a shimmering white in color, and his body had not a scratch upon him. Just standing there in the darkness, as some kind of wind blew softly across his body, blowing his hair like a galliant cape would flow. In his hands were his two blades as he held them unsheathed, and his head tilted downwards towards the ground. Then the darkness began to receed, and there wasn't a ground, but rather a floor of dead bodies; bodies who had been shredded and ripped to part mercilessly. The sky was a dark red color as the sun was a dark orange, trying to penetrate the sky of blood. Clouds began to form overhead, and it began to rain. Not water of the earth which might cleanse the land, but rather water of humans, which stained it. Blood began to rain from the clouds, and as Angelus turned his head towards Dark's point of view in the image, blood began to glide down his body and face. Then their eyes made contact, and what she saw then, was something no one had ever seen. In his eyes lied such pain, sorrow, and en evil that no man... no, no God could ever conjure up. Darkness took the land, but even as it did, Angelus' eyes were focused soully on her, as the power of Chaos, in its purest form, lashed out at her.
Lifting his head to acknowledge the presence of Ivan, he began to look around with his minds eye. Nothing was to worry about. His mercenary could handle a good share of those who opposed him. So he returned his attention back to Ivan and narrowed his brow's more intensely then before.
"One should not lift what one can not carry." When what was said, the holder of the voice immediately vanished. No matter who you were, being able to see such intense speed would take a focus beyond humanity, and even those who were of heightened senses. Within an instant, Angelus had covered the distance between him and Ivan, without making a sound. This is why he was the trainer of the Hawkeyes; his subtlety was famous in the camp.
Using the handle of his blade, he bashed Ivan in the back of the skull, which sent his head into the ground. The power that he put into the hit, made the collision between Ivan's face and the ground, almost instantaneous. Angelus stood on Ivan's back as he layed on the ground, nearly motionless. Bending down slightly, he slid his blade into the back of Ivan's neck, and penetrated the skin, almost touching the very spine. Then he glided the blade up, slicing his skin as he did so, until it reached the top of his head. The cut was deep enough to bring much pain, but not enough to kill. The blade literally glided along the skull of Ivan, ensuring his death would not come at this point in time.
Taking a few steps off of Ivan, he instantaneously made his way back to the top of the hill, looking down at Ivan.
"You've been recognized. Congratulations."

Riki froze. The connection was being severed. With all the power he could muster he let out a powerful shriek, letting out immense waves of psi-kenetic energy and placing his own mind as a shield before dark. The images his him like a cannon, knocking his physical ebing to the ground. He forced himself back up and glared hard up the hill. His own past is the sole thing that saved him from an mental insanity. "Death is something I've met and defeaed before. Much like you will be just a stone in my path." He said between gasps of breath. In another cry out, his seraph wings unfurled and the glyphs aong his skin burned brightly. "No one...and I mean no one...will hurt my friends...and especially my family...you want fear? Here it comes." Rikimaru spoke calmly. The aura around him had changed, shifted in energy somewhat. Every step caused the earth below him to quake and the air around him to chill. Once again he had transformed into the forbidden. The Avatar of Fate had been summoned to the material realm. Riki's fabric half mask was replaced by a full black mask, similar in appearance to obsidian with the exception of two reddened eye slits. His long grey hair laid against his body, despite the winds, and his two blades burned brightly behind him. Tsuyo, the blade of Heaven and judgement, along with Yami, the Blade of hell and dangitation drew themselves from their sheath into his hands. "Fate judges thee ill...prepare to face the consequences for your actions."
Khorg was a distance back, his knees trembled at the sight. "By the Hammah...I dinnae think I'd see it with meh own eyes...."
Tesshu lept away, towards Ivan's body. "You're not gettin outta working that easy...we still need a hand.." He muttered to himself and the soon to be corpse. The wings along Tesshu's back returned to a white state and a white glyph showed itself on his forehead. A halo of light appeared over Ivan's body, mending muscle, veins, and bone back together. "Come on. You've a job to do."

Ivan then rose from the ground and brought his sword to waist level. His eye's had not changed... But, now it was as if they were on fire, with blue flames...

Raiku stopped his movement with a levetation spell. And realized that there were still many soldiers left on the ground. "fools" He thought to himself as he landed and begun to hack at anything that had the faintest scent of life.

(The only thing that I can really say, is that blocking that was impossible, at least in the ways you said you did. In the fantasy world that many of our character's come from, you blocked using a Psychic shield, when I didn't send a psychic attack. I sent an attack at her very being, her spirit if you will. She has to experience some of it.)
Angelus stood unwavering to the power that was gathering before him. When he heard the words spoken to him, a grin fell upon his lips as his body stayed in the same position, as Rikimaru was parallel to his side. His arms crossed across his chest as his head pointed forward, like a wise man watching the sky. Then a slight chuckle came from Angelus.
"You say that fate judges me ill, eh?" Angelus said with the grin on his lips, "I've defied fate by simply existing. I've defied the path that God himself had created for me. I've defied and defeated creatures whose power was unfathomable. I've killed countless people in my lifetime, that mark somewhere in the billions. Yet you, have the indecency to tell me that Fate has judged me ill?" Angelus now laughed a bit louder than before as he shook his head. "I tell you this, I've defied fate and death before, and I will do it again. Leave now, or find yourself as Death's newest friend."
Angelus remained unwavering, despite the power that had surrounded the area. A body formed in precious and hard marble. This was a being to marvel at. This is why he was the leader of the army.
"You have been warned."

(The shield was psi-kinetic shield. He's basically using his mind to absorb the attack instead of his body, its not specifying what type of attack its blocking.)
Riki turned to face Angelus. "Fate is my puppet. You're in my hands now. Prepare yourself." Riki drew his right fot back, a low squat, one blade ove his head the other forward.

"Why do I always get the untrained ones?" Angelus said as he stood completely still. His arms were crossed across his shoulders as he continued to keep his head pointed straight ahead. The wind now began to pick up pace as it took a whirlwind form surrounding Angelus.

There were 9 men surrounded Raiku now, sort of a stand off, no one made a move. It was as if they both decided to take a break to think of a plan, until Raiku made his move. He noticed a small hill to the left, so he blasted the man inf ront of it with a powerful fire attack from his fingers. He jumped onto the hill, giving himself a hieght advantage. He awaited the mens next move. "Are you going to do something? Or do you wish to join your friend?" Raiku questioned, pointeing directly to the burned body of the man that had a previous encounter with his fist.
((oh! Such sass!))

The mercenary gave the scene above the hill a sidelong glance and dismissed it as a useless effort for him to intervene. The power of his employer was beyond his own, so his help would be better used elsewhere. He turned to the scene where the man (Raiku) was having little trouble dispatching the trained swordsman that Angelus sent out as pawns. After every move his hand instinctively retracted into his cloak, to his bag of coins. Now he thrust outwards his hand and threw yet another coin. "Confeigm! Sylphatos!!" This coin grew a bright green, but instead of spreading like the lights before, it focused its path towards the hillside where the fighter stood. Moving as amazing speed, the light began to bend and take shape into crescent, moon like forms of pure green. They were blades of wind, and they curved and spun with deadly sharpness. They cut into the hillside all around the fighter, ripping the earth that was in their way as if it were a hot knife cutting through butter. The blades continued to flow forth from the coin as the mercenary stood underneath it, a cold gaze across his face. The accuracy was not off because of lack of skill, but simply because he was never instructed to kill anyone. He was only told to fight for his employer, and so he fought his enemies.

((...Deliverance, you freaking brat...))
Dark screams.
((There -.-')) ((...Seriously, though...))
Though most of her pain had been absorbed by her husband, she was reliving memories... terrible memories. Her long life had been full of sorrow... sorrow that very nearly matched that of the powerful Angelus. Memories of thousands of her friends lost before her eyes... tortured, killed, beaten nigh to death... and all because of her. Guilt came rushing over her in a wave that nearly made her topple. She screamed in pain so immeasurable that even the unfeeling Shivelle cringed at the sound of it. The sorceress holds her head and shakes it, trying to rid her mind of those images.
((I hope you're happy, jerk. Bleh. I love you anyway.))

(Love you too. +grins+)
Angelus heard the shriek that Dark gave off, and merely grinned. Her pain only fed him, and it was apparent that she had not been blocked from all of the imagery. Now he had to attend to the issue, to him, of an untrained creature. Though because Dark's pain fed him only more, he would go back to her. That was for certain.

(( I find it highly unlikely that Ivan would just stand there and let you beat the crap out of him Deliverance.))
Ivan stood behind Angelus and spoke in a loud voice and said, "All this time you spend breaking the minds of others, and yet you never took the time to guard your own."
"Spare me the illusions Angelus I know your ways." Ivan raised his sword. "You can take them to hell!"
Ivan prepared himself for Angelus's attack...

(Sorrow's warned you. And if you can't match me, then he will get the crap beaten out of him. It all depends upon your skill.)
Angelus didn't move in the slightest. He knew who and what was behind him, yet he did not move to defend himself. The very edge of Ivan's blade was seen well inside his mind, and soon a soft melody began to play in the air. It was a gentle beat, at first. The sounds of a piano and flute, intertwining beautifully together, played through out the air, as Angelus' foot tapped the ground. His head bobbed slightly to the music, while the wind surrounding him began to pick up.
"Dance of the Fallen Kings."
Now the music began to pick up into a much faster beat. The instruments that were now being played were the drums, bass guitar, an acoustic guitar, and a regular five string electric guitar. The music turned from soothing to Heavy Metal. What would've been predictable, had now become spurratic and unpredictable. Angelus' head now bobbed faster into a head bang, as he vanished into the thinness that was the air.
Slicing into the air, aimed for Ivan, blades of sheer air began flying towards him. With the sheer speed of his blade alone, he created much heat and a vacuum of air. Soon Ivan would be surrounded by multiple blades of air in every direction. What would he do? For one can not simply stop a blade of wind. Now Angelus was on the offensive. This would be ended soon if those who did not see correctly, did not back down.
