"Oh, no... Pukk would not have noticed, anyway." Walking a bit faster, Shivelle raised her voice, calling Melody's name.

Grunting with annoyance, Magus followed Shivelle, keeping up by hovering a few inches above the ground as he peered around. He didn't call the girl's name, he let his concentration remain on trying to spot or hear her. "Can you track her?"

"I can... but if I did, I'd leave you all in the lurch. My tracking abilities are extremely keen and it is a vampire's nature to go unbearably fast when doing so, because it is usually linked to hunting. If you want, I can find her, but I would leave you all behind."

"Could you find your way back to us should you find her, or have a way to tell us where you are when you find him, such as a signal whistle or the like..? Otherwise... I'll have to carry him with me and try to keep up." Magus asked, the tone of his voice suggested he didn't like the thought of picking up Pukk.

Shivelle thought about it for a minute before saying, "I suppose that I could come back... but I don't think she'll let me leave once I find her. Tell you what... is there something in your pouches that could make some kind of signal?"

Magus thought for a moment, then grimaced... One hand went towards his bag of holding, his entire forearm dissappearing into the tiny pouch, before pulling out a roughly cut red crystal. His Amulet seemed to glow and resonate in it's presence, even though the rock was at arm's length. He tossed it to Shivelle, and then removed his amulet.. with..noticible hesitation. "Dreamstone.. A mineral that can't be found anymore," he explained while removing the teal, ornate gemstome amulet and holding it by the leather cord to her.
"They react to eachother.. touch them together CAREFULLY and they'll make a loud noise (like two microphones getting too close to eachother). They're made of the same materials.

Shivelle nodded, noticing his hesitation. "I will be careful, and I'll 'give you a ring' when I find her." With a wink, the vampiress ran deeper into the forest to transform into her true self in order to get her instincts back.

Melody was infact ontop of a ruined temple scremaing her lungs out. She had lost Pukk and wandered around a bit only to come face to face with an angery boar. After a bit of a chase she had found the ruins and climbed up the sturdiest building she could find as fast as she could.

Magus watched Shivelle go, tightening his gloves with agitation. Perhaps. "A wonderful start... " he muttered to those who still hung around. He didn't hear any wind, so he figured nothing had happened to her yet..

Shivelle finally found the treasure she was looking for. Her vampiric senses had caught the scent of nymph flesh immediately... it was more potent than that of a human. Flying toward it, she had followed the trail she could now clearly make out on the forest floor. Now she could see the little one crying her lungs out on top of an interesting building. "I'm here, Melody!" Her voice was not pleasant in this state... and she was not about to get nearer to her as a full vampiress, so Shivelle stopped, pulled out the trinkets that Magus had given her, and lightly touched them to each other. The noise was almost deafening where she was, but she kept her peace.

Melody stopped screaming because she had suddenly heard a huge cracking noise. She almost fainted right then and there because she thought it was a giant, but she managed to stay awake. "W-who ees zere?" Her accent came out very strong because of her distress.

"It's me, Melody - it's Shivelle. Don't worry, I will get you soon." Her voice was a raspy hiss in her vampiric state, so it probably was not helping much. Slowly, she surpressed the demon so that her Dark-influenced side would be dominant again. She breathed deeply when it was all over and began to walk to the temple. "You can calm down, Melody."

Melody crawled to the edge of the roof and peeked over so that no more than her nose was showing. "Ees ze boar gone? Eh, I dont zink I can get down Shivelle."

Leading the others through the woods toward the sound became a bit of a hassle, though more for magus than the rest. Him and Raiku cleared the way through using a combination of spellcraft and swordplay, though Pukk seemed to be rather easily distracted. "The sound came from the northwest, odd.. I though she had gone south.." Magus remarked. A scythe is a wonderful weapon for clearcutting undergrowth. Eventually they arrived at the relativly cleared out area. "So.. she found it." he said with a satisfied and amused grin. The buildings looked abandoned, that was for certain. It didn't seem like anything had lived here for hundreds, if not thousands of years. They were tall spiring towers, mostly crumbled, made of red stone speckled with gold. Bridges connected one to another in an intricate web, making the entire place look like a complicated mess. But one of the more interesting things about the ruin, was the largest tower, which was now nothing more than a pile of rubble. Magus figured that it was likely due to the gigantic blood-red crystal the size of a 747 sticking through the center of it.
