I got my bottom wisdom teeth out this morning, plus they had to mess with another tooth that was getting squashed. Isn't it supposed to hurt by now? All I've got so far is a kind of dull ahce-ish kind of feel and some vague soreness of the cheeks. Am I missing something, or does the pain come tomorrow?
Seriously, I haven't even had to touch the pain meds they gave me. Maybe I've been hardened against mouth pain by years of braces.....
Has anyone else had their wisdom teeth out? Does this seem normal to you?

You'll be sore tomorrow. But it's not that bad. You'll be fine!

Heh, it wasn't much when i had it, i had all four taken out. IT was a really powerful ache, and lots of swelling, but it was alright.

I dread the day when I'll need my wisdom teeth out, but I'm glad that you're not too exhausted to sit at a compy.

Detrevni speaks of the day he ate 'Peanut Brittle' after having his wisdoms removed.
Me, Detrevni, and Raiku all had ours out around the same time. They both looked like chipmunks, I didn't swell a single inch. I was eating granola on the 2nd day. So, it' effects people differently. Maybe you're one of the lucky ones.

Yeah, it all depends where the teeth were, and how much effort they had to go to to get them out.
But yeah...avoid chewing stuff for a couple of days. You'll save yourself a lot of potential grief. And no straws. I see lots of yogurt in your future. (This is also a great time to guilt people into giving you milkshakes)

Hmm...milkshakes are nice.
I'm not very swelled-up, and really not too sore. I can nibble now but effinately no granola. Hooray for mashed potatoes and gravy tomorrow!

And I was all..."Dang right, it's better than yours. I could, meyhap, instruct thee how to construct 'said' milkshake. But the ingredients are costly, and you shall need to pay a hefty fee."

Where did all these intense confusion-makings come from?

Was notme who had the wisdoms out. It was Hotshot. MY wisdoms don't have to come out. My body was designed properly, i.e. with enough room for all of my teeth.

So I had fangs and sideways wisdom teeth. I'm magical - I can't help it.
