"We can take two or three Chests if we have the power to carry them... We would need wagons to get even a quarter of all this back,,,We'll have to leave most of it." Magus said, while gently eyeing over the scrolls.

Naburine looks up, her eyes glinting in the torchlight from the walls. "Leave jewels!?" She looks around at all of the treasure forlornly. "Dang... I suppose you're right." Her eyes take on a desperate look as she turns to Magus. "Do think... just maybe... you could... you know..." She suggests magic with a flit of her fingers.

"I've expended most of my magic on that beast who lived here already, and I'd rather not be left defenseless while carrying a highwayman's fantasy with me..." Magus retorted, shoving the scrolls in a case. "You'll have to either battle with the demon of greed, or choose wisely which pieces are worth more. Here's a hint, ignore the coppers..."

Naburine glares daggers at the mage and then continues to stuff her pouches and any other place besides her pants with gold and jewels.
Shivelle, her wings now retracted, walks into the room and looks around with her blood-red eyes. "Well, I dare say that we have hit the jack pot. We can finally pay off that man, right?" She looks over at Naburine, noting her irritation, and turns to Magus, smirking. "Did you make Naburine upset, mage?"

"The laws of physics did that for me. Unless she can figure out a way to take all of this loot out of here at once, i doubt her mood will improve," Magus replied.
"This will definitly be enough to pay the town's debt, with enough spare change to pave the roads and put up a statue in your honor," the cheeky mage exclaimed.

Shivelle shrugs. "She seems to get annoyed with you pretty quickly... be careful. You may end up hurt some day." She turns to help out with the collecting. When she thinks everyone has enough, she announces that she thinks it is time to be heading out.

Magus did not smirk, and pulled up his hood as they moved onward. Aside from the pieces of paper he pocketted, he didn't seem to show much interest in the piles of gold and treasure.

Naburine, finishing up her collection, gets up and follows, jingling the entire way.
Shivelle, who was walking somewhat next to Magus, cleared her throat after a long silence. "I am sorry if I made you... uncomfortable earlier with my comments..."

"No apologies," came his reply, though it didn't seem angry. "I've heard much worse, there's no need to feel sorry for a crime you didn't commit," He turned to look at her as they walked, but only for a second. The climb was a much longer one now that they were weighed down by the treasure. Magus walked slowly to keep up with the others, his blue hair swaying from side to side from beneath the hood.

Shivelle shrugged and felt a kind of rejected twinge as she walked on. Seeing as she was not getting anywhere in her conversation with Magus, she fell back to walk with Naburine, who was currently complaining to Annie. Annie, being the sweet girl that she was, simply listened to Naburine with compliant nods every time Naburine asked her to hold something for her. Shivelle sniggered to herself and continued the strenuous trek back to the village. Lady Dark would be very pleased at the money that would get them out of debt.

"Perhaps we should set camp soon. Half a day of marching, followed by killing a dragon merits a day's rest," suggested the sorcerer, stopping where he stood. "It will be a day or so back to town anyway, especially at our...encumbered pace," Magus shot a glance to Naburine and Annie, grinning slightly to see that the poor, kind, pink-haired girl was now carrying just about as much, if not more of the treasure than Naburine was.

Naburine glares daggers right back at the mage while Annie, looking up hopefully under her burden, nodded. "That would be a good idea, I think. I don't like walking at night."
Shivelle sighs. "I don't want to stop... but I suppose it is the best thing to do. Do you have the things we need, mage?"
Naburine looks at the vampiress in irritation. "Do you EVER use names to address people with?"

"I can use the last of my energy for the day to set up a decent campsite... Should we get attacked, I'll have to rely on you. Be especially careful," Magus warned, and continued on to find a clearing...
Having located a suitable place, devoid of trees, he chanted a short spell, and instantly a small building arose, no larger than a small toolshed. "We can all sleep within here," Magus said, pointing to the shabby looking woodshed he conjured.
A smirk loosed itself as he saw their expressions of skepticism. "As much fun as it would be, it's quite roomy inside... Enough to fit ten comfortably, but little in the way of defenses..."
"Set up a night's watch...I'll take the final one, I'll need time to regain my magic anyway,"

Shivelle's eyes became guarded at his smirk, but she willingly stepped forward. "I will take the first watch. I like seeing the cursed sunbeams disappear in a splash of vibrant color."
Naburine, walking toward the structure in which they were to sleep, muttered to Annie. "In the Common tongue, meaning that she likes the sunset." Annie merely giggled to satisfy her friend, smiled at the vampiress over her shoulder, and disappeared into the building with the ninja girl.

"You aren't one to look at the bright side of things are you?" Magus asked Shivelle as Naburine and Annie retreated into the safety of his "cabin" spell. His Amethyst-purple eyes peered at the sky, not to her, watching as it slowly began to lose it's blue hue. The sun setting was a scapegoat for him to not have to make eye contact with the vampiress.
