Tomorrow.. Will be the last day of this marathon of paper-writing and literature reading...
And I will sleep for days.
Uh.. I cannot wait, at this point, all I'm really doing is killing time with my paper. I still need to rework the whole last page, and redo the intro, but really I'm so done with this class.
I just hope I pass so I won't ever have to do it again.
Consequently, I've found numerous things to entertain myself with in order to keep sane.
Left 4 dead. The best zombie apocalypse game of ever time, always! Four player, interesting character quips, a college girl who watches horror movies, plays video games, and totes a shotgun... Yeah, it's pretty much full of win.
Misfile.com, a webcomic that isn't nearly as fanservice heavy as I thought it might be. I'd heard people say it was good, so i decided to check it out, though because it's a gender bender i was worried it was going to be really base and sex-related humor.. I was quite surprised by the depth of the comic and how it drew me in emotionally to sympathize with the main character. Alot of cars, alot of racing, an angel or three, and alot of fun. I give it my seal of approval. I'm also trying to mimick the art-style, particularly the way the chibis are drawn. So.. adorable.
Also, i needed another daily-updater comic since I abandoned dominic-deegan to its slow and lonely demise.
Bought Unforgiven, the best western movie I ever watched... that wasn't a comedy. Love that movie.
Though I hate to say it.. Myspace. Wouldn't have kept my attention if I didn't have this little application that makes a 3d chibi to interact with your friends with.
Yeah, wrath of the lich king came out, so I picked that up. Since i was under self-ordained house arrest due to being chained by the ankle to microsoft word, i found something to keep me sane and simulate social interaction and roleplay...
For anyone who hasn't seen the 1999 Gulliver's Travels 2-part tv special, see it when you get the chance. It's really pretty good, and is fairly true to the book, with the exception of making Gulliver tell the story through a series of ingeniously placed hallucinations.
What else..?
That's it I guess. Apart form learning that the stove doesn't cause 3rd degree burns if you look at it the wrong way, I've not done much else.
