The lights form the suits began fading all of a sudden, turning to an eerie purple glow before blacking out entirely. "Holy- What happened to the light?!" asked tucker, quite freaked out now. Then he heard it.. the soft clicking and heavy breathing. "Oh no.." he whispered, squinting in the darkness, though it didn't help at all.

"ARGH!!! W-WHAT THE HE-OH GOD!!!!" Was heard in the darkness, followed by utter silence, and what sounded like dragging. The lights began to flicker on and off. The crew was beginning to panic now, something was missing. Or at least someone was missing alot of blood, a stream of the liquid trailed down one of the many hallways leading into the room. "My God... Where's Tek?"

Tucker rose, the painkillers still keeping him up. "We have to get out of here now..." he told the commander, thinking that this would only emphasize the point. This was like a horror movie they were trapped in... "Before more die! We have to get out and save our own skins!"

Fiend was to dumbstruck to reply, his soldier was gone. And he had to find him, he made sure his rifle was loaded, and headed down the hall, not saying a word.

At the end of the hall the blood led into a small room, a soft dripping noise could be heard. "Tek? You in here?" one of the men called. "Hey, gimme a light." as the powerful yellow beam illuminated the room, a feeling of fear and disgust stole their breath. Hanging from the ceiling was a human arm, dangling from a ventilation shaft, a small pool of blood forming beneath the severed extremity, where it dripped slowly. It appeared that whatever it was had dragged him this way. But the worst part wasn't the evidence of the lost soldier, but the message written in his blood along the steel walls. "SUFFER"

"Not good..." One of the soldiers said, "Forget this man, I'm outta here!" AS the soldiers sprinted back into the main room. Fiend pulled out his radio, and called HQ. "Do read read?! This is Alpha Squad, please respond, over." Nothing was heard but static, and an occasional bloodcurdling scream.

Sharp ordered his men to hold position and he followed alpha as fast as he could... Then he saw it...it about made him puke... It was one of the scientist all right, at least what was left of him. It looked like he had been dead for a while, at least as far as he could tell the only thing that was there was his head! "Fiend I think I found what is left of the occupants of the station, you might wanna come and see this!" he said over the radio, as he stared at the heads of at least 2 dozen other scientists....

"That's it, were all dead. Game over man." A marine said. Fiend did'nt bother to tell them the news that th HQ was completely overrun by these creatures. He demanded that Tucker told him where the escape pods were.

"Most of them are probably gone..." replied the private pessimistically, but nodded. The attack was rather sudden, maybe there would be a few left.
So there was objective one: Locate escape pod bay.
Tucker took his hand-held flashlight and motioned some people ahead of him.. He sure as anything didn't want to go first. The pod bay was up on an upper level. Suddenly the lights in the entire station began to flicker on, then remained lit. It appeared that power had returned... Strange.
"Maybe the elevators are online then as well." Tucker suggested, heading in their direction.

General McDavis stopped the private, "think about it boy! An elevator on a station on which power flickers on and off?! I ain't riskin it!"

"Alright then, We'll take the stairs," he replied, heading back in the direction of the hallway. The same set of aged creaky stairs they had descended to get down to this level.

Trigger was getting restless, Sharp had ordered them to stay where they were...Then everybody left! He was hearing sounds all over the place, "hey sir?" he said over the radio, "ummm... we're all alone here and we got contacts all around us, do our orders stand?" At first he wasn't sure he heard him and was about to repeat himself when the radio came to life: ".....Follow...McDavis...meet...there"

Approaching the old creaky stairs, the private peered up. Water dripped down from the ceiling onto the metal steps, plunking creaking noises resounded through the room. Tucker motioned the group to continue, and stepped up.
"this way.. up here.." whispered the voice of a girl. Tuck blinked and looked up, peering to see if anyone was up there. No one that he could see...

Fiend grabbed Tuckers arm, anf gently pushed him backwards. He rested his finger on the trigger of his rifle as he peered around the stairs, nothing...
