[glow=red,2,300] Bands I love[/glow]
Hawthorne Heights (except for the screamer.) CREED Switchfoot Hoobastank Simple Plan Journey! Styx Beach Boys
Can't think of anymore at the moment
[glow=red,2,300] Bands I hate[/glow]
Blink 182 ( lead vocal stinks.)
Green Day ( I love their beat, love the lead vocal. But overall, too much subliminal messaging going on... And it's a bad message.)
And there's more, but I can't remember their names.

Those two are the only decent songs on thier new album. I don' like to think of American Idiot as a Greenday Cd, it's not nearly as good as their old stuff.

I like how people argue that it isn't their style of music... It's their band.. they're the ones who denote their style.

I also love. Evanescence ( Amy Lee. That girl rocks!) The Police (Go Sting!)
And I really not only hate, but despise. System of a Down. ( How else can I put it other then they Suck?)

Stratovarius now has my attention. Brains gave me a cd with some of their songs on it.. and I am SO playing this song at his funeral...
I stand alone in the darkness The winter of my life came so fast Memories go back to childhood To days I still recall
O, how happy I was then There was no sorrow, there was no pain Walking through the green fields Sunshine in my eyes
I'm still there, everywhere I'm the dust in the wind I'm the star in the northern sky I never stayed anyway I'm the wind in the trees Would you wait for me forever? Will you wait for me forever?

Ah yes...Stratovarious...Thier style of music reminds me of classic rock. Though their beats are quite modernized they remind me a lot of Led Zeppelin...Wait! Your already planning my funeral?!

This is bad. I'm beginning to like My Chemical Romance, especially "The Ghost of You", as you can tell by my profile. lol.

They scream to much. I don't think angry songs should be expressed through screams, but powerfull lyrics. Screaming barely displays emotion, its barbaric really. But I like "Ghost of You" because it's military. Im an incredibly big patriot.

Then you don't get the message. I myself love the smashing of metal, barbaric screaming, and overall loud music known as Industrial. Something you can head bang too besides all of the punk music out there.
Bands I Enjoy Metallica The Union Underground Breaking Benjamin System of a Down (Some) Nickelback Staind Trapt Evanescence Switchfoot Blink 182 DC Talk Maroon 5 Coldplay Linkin Park 3 Doors Down Green Day (Some) Eminem (Some)
There are too many other bands that I enjoy to completely remember, but they are there.
Bands I do not Enjoy Nearly all Rap Pop in general A lot of the "Emo" bands Bands that follow the media
Basically, I am a love of nearly all music, and that does include rap to an extent. The music I love the most is Heavy Metal and Industrial, and not a lot of the crap with the light drum beat that people would like to call Metal or even Heavy Metal. Although for my choice in loud and smashing music, I have dang good hearing. I beat the system, once again.

Oh no my friend, I understand the message. I know the meaning of hate/anger/jealousy (basically everything medulla oblongata). I enjoy an occational scream, but not throughout the whole song. For example, some bands prefer to perform their songs in a incredibly low satanic voice thingy, and scream most of the song. You can barely understand what they say.

Most of my tastes correspond with Shadow, seeing as he was the one who really got me more involved in music in the first place. Still finding my own way, though.

They're not really a band, but I enjoy the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. They are simply amazing, and no CD will ever do them justice. When they are seen live, the feeling and sound is indescribable. I hope they come here again for a concert... that would be a dream for me.

Nice comeback Dark. lol. Go Mormon Tab! Aren't they also known as America's choir?
