"Hmph," Thistle said folding her arms, tapping her foot and persing her lips. (Oh waily waily) "That is no excuse. You should have at least sent us a letter. If the person in charge there has a problem with you sending letter, just send them to me. I'll take care of them!"

"Some sort of Magical Beast.. " Magus remarked. "I suppose it was drawn here due to the large amount of magic in the area.. now that the Pala'nea is gone..." Magus hypothesized. "It's likely for our benefit that you have returned in these circumstances. We may require your help." continued the blue-haired magician, looking to Rikimaru, Tesshu, and then finally to Khorg.
Aramil gave a rather sheepish thanks to Rikimaru, peering around at everyone else. Part of him wanted to hide, and the other part wanted to ask Rikimaru for another flight.. But now wasn't the time for either. "Um.. " was all the boy managed. Odd. Aramil seemed to finally not have anything to say.
Neither Magus nor Aramil under these circumstances gave much notice to Deekin's distress, though the blue-haired mage did take note of Perin's aggression. It was wise not to comment on it while it was still a present problem however.

Riki nodded slowly, Tesshu in agreement. "We'd best signal them in." Khorg rolled up slowly with a sigh, holding up his battle hammer. With a powerful cry he tossed the hammer into the woods, a black mist seeming to creep from it. The wooded forestline shook briefly before 2 figures stepped out. The first was silver clad, even his hair. As he stepped from the darkness Calintz stretched slowly, shaking his tiredness away. "...We're here already..." He said in monotony. Behind him came the Soul Manaquin, Djinn. His large brimmed hat seeming to engulf his childlike figure and those ever glowing eyes still peering to the very soul of he who dared to lock gaze. "Master Rikimaru...it is bound."
"Good." The Ninja said sternly. "Let him in." The dark mist withdrew sharply like a sudden inhalation from a Titan. After a moment of silence a dark beam tore the clouds aboce in two, Khorg and Tesshu gripping their hammers as a figure slowly dragged it's feet into the clearing. A steel guard bound it's face, chains stremn over its legs and arms and an even more interesting under coat of Purified Mythril from the Holy Dwarven city latched his outer coat to his body. The creature continued for, gaze unfaltering before stopping in their midst. "Oh my how you've all changed..." Came it's raspy breath. "Though I'm sure I'm nothing of the same either. Master Vincent Ladies and Gents." HE said with a dark chuckle. "Mmmm..I smell the Aether Plane here...You were Right Rikimaru...Again."

...Aramil managed to hold his bodily matter in, though couldn't stop the wide-eyed expression of fear at the sight of not only a rift in reality, but something horrific stepping out of it. He stood motionless, staring, green eyes now dots.
Magus lowered his gaze, scowling at what was placed before them. This was dangerous. Messing with planes was not a safe venture, and it was clear that this thing that may or may not be vincent was bound, but likely not for its own safety. He remained silent, but very, very aware.

The twins ((Tai is now your responsibliity, Riki... I can give you a low-down on his attitude if you wish; just PM me)) had been slightly taken aback at being grabbed by this suddenly appearing figure. They had looked at each other in shock at their mother's reaction and heard the man's name. This man was their long lost father? They stayed silent as the scenes unfolded, numb to anything.
Dark had gingerly lifted her hand up to her husband's face, whispering his name in an almost wishful manner, seemingly as if to test his existance there. When he did not disappear, her eyes sparkled and a smile formed on her flawless face. Now, however, all traces of happiness were gone as Vincent was called up from the depths. "Oh, heavens..." What an inappropriate comment that was at this moment in time... "Vincent? What... what happened, Riki?"
Shivelle, now on the ground, turned even more pale than she was already, her fists clenched tightly about the hilts of her scythes. That was Vincent? That being from hell? Her vampiric self was still at large, and her wings twitched with anticipation and excitement. This being was one like her... this was Vincent... that man from long ago. Holding herself back, however, she could only stand there. Naburine had come up beside her and folded her arms. "Well... isn't that interesting?"

Riki let his head fall slowly. "...Let's just say we all had to pay a price when we found ourselves lost in the Aether Plane...and Vincent payed a price to save us all from his fate." He said in solemn tone. "He, in essence is the gate keeper of the Aether. He is within and yet still outside the gates. His mind wracked forever with a pain none can fathom. In exchange for our sanity's he sacrificed his own. The only reason he still walks in the light is Khorg, Tesshu, and Calintz's spells. And even so, he was bound by the Aether, his mind compromised. The only way to keep him in this realm wholly is the Pure Mythril chains that bind him to the Summon Spirit of Gaia."
Vincent turned slowly, his dark souless eyes falling over darks figure. His smirk turned sour, an almost saddened overcast shudder ran over him as he quickly turned away, now facing Shivelle. His mood again changed, a smirk then shaking his head. "We danced the dance that many do...some are more patient, too bad it's not you." He said sharply, a tone of dissappointment in his voice. Khorg hushed the tainted Vincent and they all fell gloomy at the dead wind passing.

Perin watched the scene with interest. "So, you are almost like a demon then?"
Thistle was looking at Vincent in horror. He used to be my friend! Sure he could be a little mean sometimes but... The pixie didnt even notice that she had started to cry because of the shock.

Shivelle openly winced at Vincent's verbal blow. She even stumbled back, shocked at what he was saying. Her lips parted, but only a strained sound emerged when she tried to speak. Finally, in a stutter, she said, "Bu... but... I was patient! It was you that was not! Y... you and that... that... Amya girl..."
Dark did not understand what the look and sudder was about... what had she done wrong? She found herself coming closer to Riki, but she did not know what to do after that. This was all so awkward... And what right did Vincent have to accuse poor Shivelle like he just did?

Riki held his wife lightly. "Fear not love...The Vincent you once knew and loved is within. He is ashamed of his new life, but it is a fate he cannot change." Tesshu glanced back at Riki and Khorg quickly. Calintz and Djinn both quickly raised a hand at Vincent's latter statement, the binding mythril shining for a moment, sending Vincent into a pained hiss.
"...Forgive me...Lady Shivelle." He said quietly. "Old wounds sometimes find new exits..." A familiar attitude emerged for but a brief moment, the eerie smile returning. "Though you seem to have been doing quite well with yours." A scoff filled the air as Vincent turned back to the shade.
"Just ignore him." Calintz said, voice shifting ever slightly in pitch.
"The creature weeps...the soul is broken." Djinn's odd voice protruded with a slow nod.

Shivelle's eyes began to burn slightly after another wince, and her voice wavered as she spoke. "'Just ignore him?' 'Just ingnore him?!' How can I do that when every word he says to me is a knife driving into a heart that I thought once belonged to him?" Tears of rage and pain began to drip down her face, her face a terrible scowl and her fangs bared. "How can one 'just ignore' an accusation that leaves a hole in the heart?"
"Shivelle! Stop!" Dark had seen this look on the vampiress' face before; it had been very difficult for the poor woman to master the art of subduing her inner demon and keeping it under control at first and had taken nearly a year of practice before Dark allowed her to enter the village (or the Pale'nea letting her anywhere near it, for that matter). Shivelle was in her natural state now, her lethal scythes still clenched in her fists, her clawed wings ready to swiftly charge her target, her fangs ready to puncture the flesh of her victim. Her red eyes were burning with the hunger of death and the feast afterward. Shivelle was hurt to the point of being enraged.

Riki shifted, standing before his wife now defensively, eyes instinctively trailing over to Calintz and Djinn, the two already a head, placing themselves between Shivelle and the trailing vampire. "Lady Shivelle. Be not quick to misjudge. We will stop at nothing to proect the Aether Guardian. Our lives are forfeit to the cause."
"Shivelle. All that matters is you're happy now." Riki said calmly, his focus un swayed by the events. "The Aether has given him a new sight. Truth. And he really doesn't like it and lashes out at people he cares for. The best you can do is go back to Magus and live your life."

((this could hurt...))
Thistle snapped out of her state of shock. "Wait. He's still in there? You mean he's just acting like that?" Putting on her stern face Thistle fluttered over to Vincent, but stayed a little bit away from him. "Stop your moping and act like the real Vincent, ye stoopid Gaggerwally!"

Shivelle glowered, her anger not dying. "Shut up!" She snapped at Rikimaru. "What do you know about my life or my feelings? I had no intention of giving my heart to that... that... THING again!" Dark looked sternly at Shivelle from behind her husband, aware that her children were now cowering slightly and had moved behind her. ((A family sandwich!)) "Shivelle, you must stop this now." In response, the vampiress snapped her head to the sorceress, eyes blazing with madness. One scythe moved up to point to the elf, though they were pretty far away from her. "You, too, witch-woman!" she screamed in a voice that was not like her own. At that point, Naburine actually gasped and backed up a considerable distance. That was the first time she had ever heard Shivelle disrespect Dark Beauty. It was probably a good thing she backed away, too, becasuse the vampiress swung a scythe around and pointed it toward Vincent's retreating form. "How dare he say such things to me?! What he spoke is not truth; he blamed me for the hurt he had bestowed upon both of us all of those years ago!" Her voice had turned into somewhat of a roar. Her enlongated fangs bit into her lower lip as she hissed, the vampiric language's accent beginning to emerge.
((Oh, geez, I am terrified! I can't control her... I've never had her act up like this before... and I don't think Dark can really do anything about it. Neither can Riki or his fellows without hurting her more... Magus had better do something quick. I don't like Shivelle acting so angry... she's frightening.))

Vincent's chuckled stayed low, then he threw back his head in wild laught the dark pool at his feet burst skyward, whiplike projections flailing about his body. "You think you can scare me?!" Came a horror of a demonic voice, his fangs clear past his lower lips as he rose into the air. "Child of Darkness...you know not the true meaning of fear until it is seared into your very soul as I have bourne the mark!"
"Calintz! Tesshu!" Riki shouted as he lept nimbly forward.
"Soul Extraction" Tesshu commanded forcefully, extending his hammer forward as his skin paled. A wisp like force tore from his body, tearing like a lightnening bolt towards Calintz.
The young swardsman lept into the air with a wild cry, brushing back his hair to reveal a twisted sries of markings down the right side of his face. "Adaptation." He spoke to himself. The soul beam struck his body, the black markings twisting and writhing as if in pain as they receeded. From his sheath he drew two gleaming swords, the glow fading and revealing the once so happy child from the Good Time's Tavern. "Ready Rikimaru?"
"Always." He said with a nod. The ninja drew Tsuyo, the Sword of Heaven from it's sheath, watching it vibrate forcefully.
"Heaven's Path. Seal!" They shouted in unison, pluging their weapons into the mythril chains of Vincent.
The small soul puppet seemed to appear out of no where, eyes flaring with a violet hue. "Valbyl elakar athiyk 'sohna ulu l' vlos. Usstan revoke elakar quortek!" HE snarled, watching the tendrils of darkness recede back into vincent's form, the vampire now back to his bound form, ever smiling.
"One day...you will see. Sometimes Chaos is the answer to the questions you refuse to see." Vincent spoke in his cld voice once more, plodding off again into the shade of the woodlands.
"He won't harm any of you unless provoked." Riki said, a slight pant in his breath. "Just leave him alone. You've both suffered. He cannot fully fathom the pains you went through, nor can you even begin to skim the waters of the torment he has suffered. Let him be Shivelle. If you ever loved him let him be."
Calintz smirked lightly, a soft sigh escaped his lips as he glanced over at Tesshu. "...Okay." He whispered, the Angel Cleric placing a palm on the young boy's forehead. A glow engulfed the two of them, Calintz reverting to his cold stony form and Tesshu regaining his lively nature. A sad look shared between them in mid transaction, "I'm sory..." He whispered with a burdened sigh, then turned, returning to the gorup once more.

Magus' teeth clenched together, and his scythe's handle would be weeping if it could for the pressure he's putting on it. Why was he so enraged, it hadn't even targetted him.. It hadn't even noticed him. The blue-haired human's eyes stared into the pit of tormented, wretchedness that was bound in holy chains. What was that shell to Shivelle he wondered. For now he bided his time. Killing it would only come if it tried again to attack her. Whatever consequence would comee from killing the keeper of such a thing would come second to her. "Is there any way to silence him? You're not fool enough to believe that we can just go along our merry way with that thing in tow and ignore every verbal assault it sends our way are you?"
Aramil had fallen down from surprise at the sudden actions that took place, and the being in front of him that was scary as all nine hells. Yet he couldn't help but glue his gaze to it, even if it was only out of horror...The boy shook very lightly, his breathing shallow and quick. He just sat there, shaking and staring, blanche as a ghost.
